My personal opinion is that Seidman should stick to dispensing his nautical knowledge without attempting humor exposing his political views.

"Socialist pinko"? He's a socialist pinko for acknowledging that transom plaques in Europe make more sense? "Europeans may be annoying" as if all would agree?
David needs some help to get his head unstuck from the xenophobe/conservative sand.
Seidman has a lot of excellent nautical info to dispence. I wish he could be sensitive to issues like these so he doesn't come off like the loud obnoxious American tourist who hasn't a clue that everyone in the room is laughing at him.

Completely agree with the idea of making community activities about animation, I would like to participate.
