What in the world could this be? Found on beach east coast of FL @ Waterway Cleanup

Check out this video and tell me what you think this is. We found some weird bone, towards end of 3 min video. It was on Tiger Shores Beach at the Waterway Cleanup. So far, guesses include, Sea Turtle Bone, old antler off a boat (decor), and a whale vertebrea from a North Atlantic Whale. It looks like there is some silicon maybe stuck to it. Yup. That's a whale vertebrae. Fpund several over my lifetime here on Long Island, New York. Like this partial backbone two winters ago.
